I never know what to do with the cast off pillows either! At this point in time I own 12 bed pillows and 10 throw pillows....and for one person that is a bit excessive don't you think?! When you find out what to do with the plethora of pillows that we accumulate, let me know. I might have to join you in the pillow burning ceremony!
BTW: when do you want to get together for coffee????? Soon I hope :)

Yes! A pillow burning ceremony! They were so good to us...for so long. I could read a poem or something.

I also have quite a few pillows and I always keep them because a- you never know when you will have a guest who didn't bring their own pillow and b- I need lots and lots of pillows when I give pregnancy massage. I basically have to create a cloud of pillow-y comfort around the mommy-to-be so that she is able to fall asleep if she so wishes. (I know this works because I once tried it on Mateo and he was out in less than 5 minutes!) And c- you just never know when you might need extra pillows! They're good to have around. If you are looking to unload a couple, maybe donate them to a friend who has a dog or give one to your kitties- they make nice beds for pets, too!

LMAO!!! Just this weekend, I found out that we actually own 21 pillows!!! Only 12 of them are actually on the beds. The others are all the ones that USED to be great, but now aren't. But, like the Toy Story toys...I just can't bring myself to toss them. They were so good to us for so long. Maybe we could have a big pillow burning ceremony like they do with old American flags?
